Insane Savings at The Crazy Store

Described as the largest discount variety chain in South Africa, the Crazy Store is the best place to find everything and anything, at crazy-low prices.

The Crazy Store stocks everything from Toys to Stationery, Kitchen & Bathroom items, as well as Baby Goods and Pet Products.

The great thing about The Crazy Store is that while other retailers stock popular seasonal items at inflated price, they retail the same items for much less.

Case in point; Easter. This is a time where the price of marshmallow eggs sky rockets and chain stores either give you the option of the most popular brand at an insane brand, or their store brand for a little cheaper.

I experienced this first-hand when shopping for Easter treats for a project I did with homeless kids.

To my surprise The Crazy Store had stocked a number of brands, both local and imported and you actually had a better variety and didn't feel like you were forced to pay exorbitant amounts for marshmallow eggs.

Another more recent example is their Winter range. Besides the sweet treats and kitchen items, The Crazy Store also stocks clothing items. 

Kids Gloves and Beans which usually start from R30 or so are currently retailing from R14.99.

They also have Polar Fleece blankets which are sometimes R70 or R80, for R49.99.

One of my favourite savings at The Crazy Store is with their stationery.

I was able to get stickers which usually retail for around R10, for just R3.99 at The Crazy Store.

There were also wax crayons which are around R12, retailing for R5.99.

And lastly, a great feature which many stores don't do, is that The Crazy Store lists most of their products on the website, with pricing!

Which saves you going shop to shop to compare prices. You can simply check it out online before you even go to the store. Now that's convenience!
